In addition, the organisation enables its clients in the Tripoli work centre to organise their daily lives in a supportive way in the day centre. Since the association was founded in 2004, the organisation has been able to further expand its range of services in the area of work with the help of its companies, Hupp Lodge, chlyformat and Juraschreiner. The core areas are supplemented by a decentralised office. The entire IT is based on a centralised and virtualised infrastructure. The WG Treffpunkt association has been relying on services from MTF Solutions AG since 2014 and is constantly developing these in close collaboration.

As an innovative, flexible and dynamic company, the WG Treffpunkt association depends on an equally flexible and innovative partner. The complex IT infrastructure and the constantly growing requirements demand scalable and secure systems. The continuous growth of the social enterprise was a constant challenge for IT. The diverse requirements of administration, accounting, the ever-increasing amounts of data, cross-location collaboration and secure data storage could no longer be met with the existing IT infrastructure. Due to the scarce resources in the IT area, a service provider is needed who understands the business model and can look after and further develop the IT in all areas.

Solution

With our innovative and usage-based cloud services, combined with full IT outsourcing, we were able to meet the customer's high requirements. Our employees act as contact persons for IT within the WG Treffpunkt, manage it, coordinate and plan new IT projects in cooperation with the team. New requirements are discussed and, if necessary, professionally implemented. The need for a scalable and fully virtualised IT infrastructure was realised with the integration into the MTF Business Cloud, with our two geo-redundant data centres in Switzerland. Connecting newly opened locations is another service we plan and ensure with WG Treffpunkt. Thanks to our scalable cloud model, a new location can be fully integrated within a very short time. We install a stable WLAN environment and a network infrastructure on site to guarantee a secure and fast connection of new locations.
