MTF acquires IT service provider insysta
Bern/Visp, 25 June 2026 – MTF Solutions AG, a leading Swiss provider of end-to-end IT solutions with its own private cloud and cyber defence centre, is to acquire insysta GmbH, based in Visp, with effect from 1 July 2026. With this move, MTF is strengthening its regional presence in Valais and specifically expanding its range of services for SMEs in the region.
For around 20 years, insysta GmbH has been an established and reliable IT partner for business customers in Valais. With 23 employees based in Visp, the company supports SMEs from various sectors with bespoke IT solutions, managed services, cloud solutions and IT consultancy. insysta’s growing customer base and high quality of service, together with the similarities in customer structure and technologies, combined with the cultural fit, form a strong foundation for joint development.

The merger creates additional opportunities for the operation, security and further development of existing IT environments. insysta brings its expertise in implementation and operations, as well as its strong regional market presence, to the partnership. insysta customers will continue to benefit from the personalised support of their trusted IT partner, whilst also gaining access to MTF Solutions’ expanded service portfolio and network of specialists. Together, insysta and MTF can support their customers even more comprehensively and systematically further develop existing solutions.

Continuity and Development
insysta will continue to operate as an independent company. Existing customer relationships, services and projects will continue as before. Customers will retain their usual points of contact and, where required, will be able to draw on an expanded team with additional specialist expertise within MTF Solutions. For staff, too, day-to-day life remains familiar. The Visp site will remain in place, management will continue to be based there, and the corporate culture will be deliberately maintained. Building on this, insysta will continue to develop within the MTF Solutions Group, building on its existing strengths. Cooperation will be gradually deepened.
