SPAM, PHISHING AND VIRUS FILTERING.
We are members of worldwide cloud anti-spam and anti-phishing networks. Potential threats are detected and blocked at a very early stage. Filters do not require training.
E-mail encryption and signing
Optional encryption and signing of e-mails based on policies guarantee maximum data security.
Worry-free email compliance (EU GDPR).
Central logging and monitoring in combination with optional encryption and signatures guarantee the required compliance for personal data.
HIN NETWORK INTEGRATION
Upon request, we enable seamless HIN mail integration for secure communication between institutions.
ADMINPANEL FOR MANAGEMENT
Optional admin panel for easy and clear management of possible spam mails.
DDOS PROTECTION
Your mail servers are protected by our spam firewall. Direct denial-of-service attacks on the mail servers are not possible.
BACKUP QUEUE SUPPORT
Storage of mails on our servers for up to 48 hours. In case of failure of the local mail server, the mails are stored temporarily and can be delivered later.
COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS
Whether a local mail server, hosted Exchange or Office 365, our mail gateway system works with all popular solutions.
